Information and Advice		Advocacy Service
Do you want to know more about health issues, money and welfare benefits, housing and other lifestyle changes affecting older people? Our advice is confidential, free and independent. Our advocacy team works with clients to help them make informed choices, and say what they want to happen in circumstances which they find difficult by themselves. Advocates can help you write letters, make telephone calls for you, and attend meetings with you, or for you. Ring us on 01483 446644 and speak to Margaret Hill.
Hometime		Riverside Cafe in the heart of Guildford
Hometime is a service which assists older people to remain independent in their own homes. Weekly help is provided by home helps with tasks such as housework, shopping and laundry. Donating £10 could help to pay for a volunteer befriender to visit a housebound older person who might otherwise be isolated and alone.

Age Concern Surrey is an independent local charity. We have been working with older people in Surrey since 1963. We work for all people over the age of 50 offering a wide range of services to help them make the most of life.

Age Concern Surrey is also a member of Age Concern, the federation. The federation enables Age Concern organisations and groups throughout the country to work together for the welfare of older people.

Our mission is to 'promote the wellbeing of older people and to help make life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience'.
